M5 Widening - Junction 4 NB - 1989
Our experience is gained from a continuous involvement with Roadworks and Temporary Traffic Management that spans over thirty-five years, dating back to some of the earliest experimental contraflows on the M5 in Worcestershire. Indeed, we were instrumental in developing many of the methods and procedures used to this day.
Positions with Local and Highways Authorities, Consultants and Private TM Companies have embraced design, operation, liaison, Resident Engineer site supervision and contract management of many varied traffic schemes - large and small.
Over the years, Tower House Associates has been involved with several major DBFO schemes [A417/A419 & A13] and with several of the Joint Ventures engaged on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project in Kent. The high standard of TM design work in these projects helping to forge an excellent relationship between all the parties concerned.
We were also engaged by clients bidding for some of the largest UK road tenders released over the last 10 years. These have included the A303 Stonehenge tunnel, the A3 at Hindhead, and the A34/M4 project at Chieveley
Feel free to take a look at our sample drawings, which are based on past work. These demonstrate how we can help clients, particularly at presentations and site meetings, to underline their professional approach and commitment to safety. Furthermore, the format has proved an indispensable tool in the field, combining a clarity and convenience invaluable for site work.
Paul Tebbett, our chief designer studied for his MSc in Transport Engineering & Operations and is a member of the Chartered Insitute of Highways and Transportation.
